Return in Thailand

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- The store reserves the right to refuse to return the goods without explanation

International delivery

- All international parcels we track using tracking numbers

- In the case of confiscated at customs, we provide a free return within 3 weeks from the moment  from the moment of sending the order of opening the case of return (2 pens per month)
